One girl lovingly packed a snack box for a friend's trek back to college. Taking the time to put the friend's favorite goodies in to make sure she had plenty to eat on her flight, she carefully prepared the bag.

The girl traveling home was again suprised by another friend as she stepped up to the ticket counter in the airport. Having driven through the night, an exhausted friend also offered the girl a snack pack for her long journey ahead.

As the girl settled down in her seat she noticed the passengers surrounding her. She soon realized the seven children dispersed throughout the cabin were travelling home to New Orleans with literally nothing. The girl looked in her bag and realized how blessed she was to have so much. She found herself giving away her magazines, a couple of cds, all the snacks her friends had packed and the little money she had so the group of children might get something to eat during their next layover.

She smiled to herself as she walked off the ramp not even realizing she had just given away the money that was meant to feed her for the next couple of days. Just then a booming voice called her name and she looked up to see her soccer coach of eight years whom she had lost contact with. They embraced and chatted for a brief time and then hurried off to different gates. Before they departed as the two hugged one last time her old coach placed a twenty in her sweatshirt pocket, knowing nothing of what the girl had done.

.....pay it forward

Heck yes! My brand new rugby warm-ups complete me.We were made for each other and I've just informed justine that I wish to be buried wearing them and shall never take them off. Its like a sign of how well we are going to do against ball state.

In other news I've become a Vegetarian.

Swelling in my very frustrating ankle is almost gone and the stress of my life known as anchor splash is tonight.

Overall the weekend is shaping up nicely and only one more week of school until fall break. HECK YES! today is a great day.

life is too short not to find something good in the rain storms because when it rains it pours.
